As you care for others, CBI Home Health will care for you by providing training and resources you need to feel confident every day. Responsibilities Support clients to be as safe and independent as possible in their community settings. Provide personal care to clients in their home. Assist clients with mobilization and light exercises. Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to your manager/supervisor. Perform light housekeeping tasks as indicated in client care plans. Qualifications Health Care Aide Certificate or Equivalent. Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 6 months. Proof of a negative TB test. Commitment to work every other weekend. Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable vehicle; ability to travel home to home within the community. Strong verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages an asset. Reliability and strong organization skills. Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs. (16 kg). Hours Available Monday-Friday + Every other Saturday and Sunday 7 am‑3 pm or 3 pm‑11 pm.
