You will leverage your warmth, authenticity, andgenuine spirit to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with your clients.Key Responsibilities:Proactively engage with clients, establishing and nurturing strong relationships from the first point of contact and providing best-in-class service, both in-store and remotely.Offer a personalized, client-centric experience that builds lasting relationships and enhances brand loyalty, driving repeat business.Understand client needs and aspirations, create connections, and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.Develop and expand the client base by attracting new clients and cultivating existing relationships.Utilize in-store technology to ensure a smooth, pleasant, and relevant experience for clients.Upholding the brand’s image as an Ambassador by presenting a professional and sophisticated appearance through impeccable personal grooming and etiquette.Enhance the client experience by sharing insights on local lifestyle trends (arts, theater,travel, etc.).What You Will Bring to the Role:Ability to drive and exceed sales targets.Select the right products for each client’s needs and effectively utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques.Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales, creating new opportunities.Provide exceptional client experiences by focusing on hospitality, authenticity, and building rapport.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Ability to multitask effectively.Excellent communication skills.Embody Maska's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm and professionalism.Culture and Values:At Maska, we are committed to offering an exceptional experience for both our clients andour employees.
