Responsibilities Hold regular meetings with clients to identify areas of opportunity Proactive communication and collaboration Configuration updates and changes within UKG Pro WFM to troubleshoot issues Analyze process flows for maximum system optimization Knowledge transfer with both internal and external clients Conduct one team training each year This role requires at least two years of full-cycle UKG Pro WFM implementation experience, and you must be able to travel to the US occasionally (up to 20%) without restriction. We have included a good faith estimate regarding pay, but final offer can vary based on experience.
