Sounds like you’re ready for a job at TRSB, Canada’s number one translation provider.TRSB is seeking a Director of Product Innovation to manage our organization's entire product strategy by driving product innovation to deliver consistent language experiences across all markets and audiences in a cost-effective manner. This role entails working closely with cross-functional teams, including the executive team, operations, sales, engineering and development to define and execute the company's product vision. The Director of Product Innovation bridges the business strategy and the technical aspects of product development, ensuring that products meet customer needs and align with the organization's goals.Your Daily RoutineProduct Strategy and Vision: Define and align the product strategy with the overall business objectives by collaborating with stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to develop a long-term product vision.Product Development and Roadmap: Work closely with Development and Engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery while maintaining a clear product roadmap.Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences and competitive landscapes.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including the executive team, sales, operations, marketing, development and engineering, to ensure effective communication, alignment, and coordination throughout product development.Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance, customer satisfaction and market success.
