We are actively seeking Sales and Marketing Representatives to serve as brand ambassadors for our client, Bell Canada. Fluency in French is mandatory for this position. As a door knocker, you will connect with customers at their doorstep, creating meaningful interactions and driving results. What OSL Direct offers Competitive base pay, car allowance, and a lucrative uncapped commission structure, potentially totaling up to $90,000–$100,000 per year and more based on performance. Your role involves Driving and supporting the sale of Bell’s TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home residential product suite by engaging customers face‑to‑face through canvassing and cold calling. Using client‑provided territory lead lists to market Bell products and drive sales. Identifying customer needs and tailoring solutions. Delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand. Participating in weekly team meetings to strategize, track goals, and report results. Utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage the lead funnel. Conducting yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity. Do you have the keys to success? Expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals. Motivated by rewards (uncapped commission means unlimited earning potential). A demonstrated ability to be a team player. Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing experience are assets. Reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Ability for frequent travel across the region as required. A flexible full‑time schedule, including evenings and weekends. Compensation Base pay + uncapped commission. Commission is paid on top of the base salary; most income comes from commissions. Commission is paid per service unit activated. Commission per unit increases as you hit specific sales targets bi‑weekly.
