Our team is dedicated to bringing each client’s vision to life.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time 100% remote role for an Assistant in Prospecting and Development based in Montreal, QC. In this role, the assistant will be responsible for researching potential business opportunities, managing project-related tasks, providing administrative support, and fostering communication with clients or partners. The role also includes analyzing market data and collaborating with the team to support the development efforts of Lani Productions.TasksEvaluate market opportunities and interpret data.Engage with clients, partners, and team members effectively via email.Support daily operations.Identify and assess new prospects.Help coordinate and ensure the successful execution of projects.Generate high-potential leads for Lani Productions.QualificationsStrong Analytical SkillsExcellent Communication and interpersonal abilitiesBe 100% driven by success and self motivatedAutonomy, independence and motivationProficiency in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasksExperience in Research and information gatheringProject Management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.Familiarity with the media production or creative industry is an asset.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.Salary and benefitsWork from home, 100% remotePart to full time : Work a minimum of 10 hours/week, on your own time, and up to 30 hours/weekChoose your own schedule100% pay by commission + bonus (every 30 days)3% commission on any booked client through your work200$ Bonus per 5 clients bookedAugmentation to 5% commission after 3 months (depending on performance)Work with a small, fast growing Canadian, Queer & Women owned company #J-18808-Ljbffr
