Our programs are multidisciplinary, providing occupational, physical, and speech therapy, as well as child development services.We are looking to grow our team of Speech Therapists in your areaSign on bonus (up to $1000)Create your own scheduleFlexible schedules & locations of your choicePaid mileage between sessionsEligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsEligible for Sick TimeMay be eligible to participate in Sunny Days 401(k) planSupportive and positive team environmentOpportunities to serve infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families in both their home and community-based settingsJob Responsibilities:Conduct developmental assessments, provide speech therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon)Follow each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and work with the family to develop strategies to help each child reach their specific developmental goalsUtilize the family-centered parent coaching approach to build caregivers’ confidence and skills and to ensure that progress is generalizedProvide services in the child’s natural environment, in families’ homes, daycare centers and/or other community settings; virtual services also currently availableProvide re-assessments and write progress reports (typically bi-annual)Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)Requirements:California Speech Language Pathology licensePediatric experience required (Early Intervention experience preferred)Strong clinical & interpersonal skillsBilingual in Spanish a plusSunny Days is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
