This role will provide you with:The opportunity to develop and execute strategic territory business plans to surpass commercial performance objectivesCollaboration with healthcare professionals, administrative leaders, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative and tailored solutionsThe chance to understand patient journeys and influence decision-makers across accounts and health systemsThe ability to apply key account management principles, business insights, and data to adapt to market dynamicsA platform to engage in scientific discussions that support optimal vaccine recommendationsThe experience of contributing to business planning through territory and market analysisRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Building and sustaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, administrators, and key decision-makers to drive vaccine uptakeLeading scientific discussions and educational initiatives to support disease prevention awarenessIdentifying partnership opportunities by understanding patient pathways and stakeholder objectivesCollaborating cross-functionally and leveraging internal/external resources to meet customer needsManaging your territory budget and analyzing performance to support business strategy and ROIMaintaining a deep knowledge of your market landscape, including competitive activity and health system dynamicsDemonstrating consistent alignment with GSK values and compliance policiesRoutine travel within the territory, with potential for occasional overnight staysQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree completedMinimum 3+ years of experience in institutional specialty sales or key account managementStrong understanding and application of key account management principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skills (virtual and in-person)Ability to clearly articulate complex scientific and business content to various audiencesValid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed within the territoryPreferred QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in therapeutic areas such as Cardiology, Endocrinology, or NephrologyProven success in managing programs, accounts, and health systems-based marketsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesEntrepreneurial and collaborative mindset with a drive for innovationProficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new tools or digital platformsExperience with budget ownership, ROI evaluation, and data-driven decision-makingNote: This position requires the employee to drive routinely on company business and allows for the provision of a company-leased vehicle.
