You will engage with a team that values respect, accountability and integrity. What You Will Do Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the assigned territory. Actively work with the current territory manager(s) to leverage skills and knowledge to best achieve sales goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and healthcare professionals within hospitals. Provide product education and training to healthcare staff, ensuring they are proficient in the use of our respiratory products. Conduct product demonstrations, trials and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and market developments. What We Need Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Respiratory Therapy. Strong sales and business development skills; preferred to have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated and results‑driven with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of respiratory care and experience working in hospital settings is preferred. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. What We Offer Competitive base salary with performance‑based bonuses and incentives.
