Le poste implique de travailler sur des systèmes de pointe basés sur des caméras et des lasers pour des mesures et détections précises, avec un accent sur l’innovation, l’optimisation des performances et l’intégration fluide dans des environnements de production.**Responsabilités*** Concevoir, implémenter et optimiser des algorithmes de vision par ordinateur en Python, MATLAB et C++ pour des performances en temps réel.* Développer des solutions de pointe combinant traitement d’image traditionnel et apprentissage profond pour la détection et la mesure précises des composants ferroviaires.* Rechercher et appliquer de nouvelles techniques en apprentissage profond, apprentissage non supervisé et vision par ordinateur pour améliorer la précision et l’efficacité.* Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour intégrer les solutions de vision dans les systèmes existants.* Réaliser des analyses de performance, du profilage et de l’optimisation pour répondre aux exigences de traitement à grande vitesse.* Développer des prototypes et des preuves de concept pour valider de nouvelles technologies.* Se tenir informé(e) des tendances émergentes en IA, vision par ordinateur et traitement d’image, et contribuer avec des idées innovantes.* Documenter les méthodologies, résultats de recherche et code pour favoriser le partage des connaissances et la reproductibilité.* Participer aux revues de code et contribuer aux discussions techniques de l’équipe.**Exigences*** Formation : Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, génie électrique ou domaine connexe.* Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience pratique en traitement d’image, vision par ordinateur et applications d’apprentissage profond.* Compétences en programmation : Maîtrise de Python et MATLAB, avec une solide expérience en développement C++.* Cadres et outils : Expérience avec OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow et bibliothèques ML/DL associées.* Solide compréhension des techniques d’apprentissage profond et de la conception d’algorithmes adaptés à la vision par ordinateur.* Connaissance des méthodes d’apprentissage non supervisé est un atout.* Expérience avec le traitement de données de nuages de points est un avantage.* Connaissance des workflows et bonnes pratiques MLOps/DevOps est souhaitée.* Expérience avec les plateformes cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP), avec une préférence pour AWS.* Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de travailler de manière autonome et collaborative.* Solides compétences en communication pour expliquer efficacement des concepts techniques complexes.**Wabtec provides vision-based wayside detectors for the rolling stock maintenance marke**t. Real-time alarms, alerts, and reports enable significant reductions in maintenance costs and increase fleet availability for revenue generation.**Role Overview**We are seeking a skilled Computer Vision Engineer to design, develop, and optimize advanced image processing and deep learning solutions for real-time applications.
