Come grow with us and let us show you why Sysco is at the heart of food and service.PurposeThe Sales Manager oversees the sales and coordination team, ensuring client satisfaction and budgetary success through leadership, coaching, and process improvement.ResponsibilitiesManage team performance, productivity, and quality.Recruit and select team members in collaboration with HR.Contribute to departmental program and project design and implementation.Manage gross margin and minimize preventable costs.Ensure team knowledge of manufacturer programs and market competitiveness.SkillsExcellent customer service and relationship management skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Superior time management and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.EducationBachelor’s degree in a related discipline or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.Experience7+ years of experience, of which at least 2 are leading a team.Physical DemandsProlonged periods of sitting and looking at a computer screen.Occasional bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds.Ability to read written instructions documentation.Travel Requirements0‑25%LocationHalifax, Nova Scotia, Canada #J-18808-Ljbffr
