Position: First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: $65–$140/hour Location: US, UK, or Canada Duration: 3–4 weeks Commitment: 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities3> Design questions related to your occupation as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Ensure question relevance and alignment with industry standards. Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance data quality and project outcomes. Utilize a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks (Chromebooks not supported). Qualifications 4+ years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada. Compensation & Legal We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours. Classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor. Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
