As a Sr Microsoft Presales Product Specialist, you will lead a team of Microsoft Product Presales Specialists, collaborate with the Microsoft Program Manager, and drive strategic growth and customer engagement while strengthening the Microsoft partnership. What You’ll Do Team Development and Mentoring: Coach and mentor Microsoft Product Presales Specialists to enhance skills, capabilities, and performance. Provide ongoing feedback and guidance to foster continuous learning and growth. Thought Leadership and Evangelism: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor through events, Customer Immersion Experiences (CIEs), and thought leadership initiatives. Elevate Softchoice’s profile as a leading Microsoft partner. Tailored Product Strategies: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to tailor product strategies that drive revenue growth and adoption of Microsoft Workplace solutions. Advanced Sales Support: Provide escalated Presales support to address complex customer inquiries and develop customized solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of Microsoft products. Strategic Partnership: Maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and align strategies, resources, and sales initiatives. Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with Sales to develop and execute strategic account plans for key accounts, identifying growth opportunities and driving long-term customer success. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Services to align sales strategies with broader goals. Customer Success Advocacy: Advocate for customer success throughout the sales lifecycle. What You’ll Bring To The Table Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 with strong technical proficiency. 5-7+ years of technology-related sales or product consulting experience (Microsoft products required). Microsoft Certifications: MS-900, SC-900, SC-400, AI-900, MS-500, AZ-900, PL-900. Leadership Experience: Experience in leadership or supervisory roles and developing high-performing teams. Strategic Planning and Execution: Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives and achieve measurable results. Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate across functions. Consultative Selling: Ability to engage in consultative selling and position Microsoft products as solutions. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in technology and product updates. Presentation and Communication: Ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Strategic Thinking & Execution: Develop and execute sales and business strategy options and build relationships. Bilingual preferred (French & English) Not sure if you qualify?
