Senior Project Management Specialist – IT Infrastructure & Network Security Our Federal Crown client is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to support a major IT transformation program. The role requires deep expertise in managing medium‑to‑large infrastructure modernization and network security initiatives in complex enterprise environments. This is a hybrid role based in Ottawa. Candidates must be able to work onsite 12 days per month (or as required) and meet security clearance requirements. Qualifications University degree or college diploma in information technology, project management, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of ten (10) years of recent demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure and network security. Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Senior Project Management Specialist overseeing medium‑to‑large infrastructure modernization projects in a complex environment. Strong business acumen, able to identify and communicate value and translate business needs into project objectives. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage technical and non‑technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and judgments, especially in identifying and mitigating infrastructure risks. Experience leading multiple initiatives concurrently and effectively managing interdependencies. Ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives. Additional Qualifications Experience managing infrastructure lifecycle programs, including hardware evergreen and integration of cloud‑native technologies across hybrid environments. Experience leading enterprise‑scale network security projects, including firewall architecture modernization, cloud‑based segmentation, and Zero Trust implementations. Knowledge of the Bank’s functions and core business processes. PMP certification. SCRUM Master certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
