Inside Sales Specialist - Process Instrumentation Our client, an established industrial solutions company is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join their Calgary-based team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in process analytical sample systems design who enjoys providing customized solutions and maintaining close relationships with customers throughout the design and order cycle. You’ll be part of a team known for its responsiveness, innovation, and technical expertise in supporting gas and liquid analytical applications. What You’ll Be Doing Act as a technical authority on sample system design and process analytical applications.Develop and communicate tailored technical solutions to meet customer needs.Liaise with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to ensure orders are executed accurately and efficiently.Maintain frequent contact with customers, supporting them from design through delivery.Create design documentation and drawings using CAD or similar programs.Apply your knowledge to select, size, and supply process analytical products such as continuous gas analyzers, gas chromatographs, moisture analyzers, pH meters, and turbidity sensors.Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction. What You’ll Need to Be Successful 3–5 years of experience in process analytical sample system design, focusing on gas and liquid analytical products.Proficiency in CAD design tools and ERP systems.Solid understanding of analytical instrumentation, including gas and liquid measurement technologies.A Technical Diploma from a recognized institution.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
