Job Title: Shipping & Ecommerce Specialist Location: Performance Plus, Saskatoon, SK The Shipping and Ecommerce Specialist plays a crucial role in our e-commerce operations, specifically managing the logistics of order fulfillment for our Amazon, eBay, and website sales. This position is responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship products for customer orders from Amazon, eBay, and our website, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to shipping guidelines. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with the purchasing team to replenish stock as needed. Receiving Shipments: Oversee the receipt of incoming inventory, inspecting shipments for accuracy and quality, and updating inventory records accordingly. Shipping Coordination: Prepare shipping labels, select appropriate carriers, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery. Address any shipping issues or discrepancies promptly. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities, including tracking numbers, shipping costs, and inventory levels. Customer Service: Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping inquiries, and any issues that may arise, providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. Previous experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in an e-commerce environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in using shipping software and inventory management systems. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to lift and move packages and stand for periods. This position is essential to our operational success, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time while maintaining efficient inventory management practices.
