Responsibilities Support the Ethics Program, including Code of Conduct & Ethics, Conflicts of Interest and Speak‑Up policies, working with the Ethics Expert and Senior Compliance Consultant. Assist Compliance Consultants in delivering the Fair Treatment of Customers, Financial Crimes, Market Integrity, Business Unit Compliance Officer and Regulatory Matters Tracking programs. Understand and identify new laws and regulatory trends; provide advice to stakeholders on applicable changes. Review business area solutions, processes and procedures against defined regulatory requirements to ensure they are sound, complete and effective. Provide second‑line support to business areas, offering optimal advice and guidance on compliance matters. Manage technical processes related to compliance programs, including database development and vendor liaison. Develop, document and validate business requirements for new or enhanced technical processes and applications. Support the development and delivery of compliance awareness training and oversee corporate education initiatives. Impact & Success Excellent organisational, scheduling, and time‑management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Critical thinking to recognise assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions, and propose solutions. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey messages and explore diverse perspectives. Initiative to take on new and challenging assignments. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in financial services and/or insurance, with compliance culture or advisory expertise. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law or a related discipline from an accredited institution. Willingness to obtain compliance‑related designations (e.g., CIP/FCIP, LOMA, CRM). Solid knowledge of the insurance and financial industry and compliance operations. Understanding of project plans and the project‑management life cycle. Experience executing regulatory and legislative compliance initiatives. What You Need To Know Occasional travel required. Work requires high mental concentration for extended periods.
