p>Lead Installer/Fabricator is responsible for the measuring, finish fabricating, delivery and installation of countertops to client homes, including the installation of other fixtures. li>Measure profiles for manufacturing countertops at the specified job sites Document the job site conditions to ensure successful installations Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood and wood substitutes Transport countertops to specified job sites Check tops sizes and quality before leaving shop Ensure customer’s site is not damaged Ensure things are cleaned up well after the installation Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as required Experience in a Stone Countertops Installation position or similar Knowledge of the construction industry an asset Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and the office Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and installation instructions Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues during installations Attention to detail to ensure accurate and precise installation work Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to installation work Valid Class 5 Driver’s License Extended Health and Benefits package after 3 months of full-time employment Casual attire
