If you're passionate about engineering, enjoy solving complex challenges, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is the opportunity for you Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities Collaborate with our sales and engineering teams to create compelling ESS proposals that drive success. Analyze customer needs and craft tailored solutions—whether standard or custom—that meet their specific requirements. Provide expert technical guidance and support, helping our clients fully understand the benefits of ESS products. Lead the continuous improvement of our proposal processes and ESS configurator. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality products and seamless communication with customers. Mentor new team members, contribute to marketing efforts, and provide insights that will help shape our future growth. Work with our R&D and engineering teams to create innovative, customer‑centric ESS solutions. Essential Qualifications, Knowledge And Skills A Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical preferred) with 7+ years of experience in the power industry, including energy storage. Proven expertise in preparing technical commercial proposals and delivering outstanding sales presentations. Strong problem‑solving abilities with the communication skills to share complex technical solutions clearly. Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, and accountable—ready to meet and exceed targets. A leader with excellent collaboration, project management, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office, Google tools, and CRM software (Salesforce). A valid driver’s license, legal authorization to work in Canada, and availability for occasional international travel.
