What You Bring Legal Qualifications A current and valid license to practice law in Ontario (ON). Experience & Service Previous exposure to real estate or property law is a plus. More importantly, you have a proven track record of turning complex legal scenarios into clear, effective outcomes while delivering exceptional client service. Proven experience as a mortgage broker, including sales and underwriting expertise. Team & Leadership Mindset Experience in collaborative, high-performing teams is valued. Competitive Compensation Our comprehensive total compensation package is designed to recognize and reward excellence. Salary Range: CAD $70,000 to $100,000 (final offer will depend on your experience and skillset; we reserve the top end for those demonstrating sustained high performance).
