Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are a boutique recruitment and HR consulting firm looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team. We support clients in their hiring needs in all departments with a big focus in tech. We work with clients ranging from start-up to enterprise with a variety of solutions we provide. This is a remote role.You're someone who understands business needs and can see how it translates into candidates that fit particular roles / companies. You have great communication skills and are not afraid to back up your opinions with data. You're someone that enjoys creating processes and looks for ways to make things more effective; and we provide the environment to support this.You WillOversee full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing candidates, and guiding them through the hiring processFacilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment termsManage candidate database via our ATSGrow our client base by actively reaching out to potential clients and conduct sales meetingsYou Have2+ year of experience in full-cycle recruitmentExperience working in a recruitment agencyAbility to meet deadlines and produce results in a fast-paced environmentExperience with the various recruitment toolsUnderstanding of technical and non-technical requirementsSuperior interpersonal and written communication skillsGreat attention to detailPerksHealth and dental benefitsCompetitive commission structurePaid time offFlexible hoursIf this opportunity sounds like something that fits your career path, please apply to this posting, we'd love to talk to you #J-18808-Ljbffr
