This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, take initiative, and are passionate about delivering actionable, fact-based insights. Success in this role comes from a relentless focus on helping businesses grow through clear and conclusive market research.This is a client-facing position on the client service team, reporting to the Research Manager, while collaborating cross-functionally.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform custom analyses, including Conjoint and MaxDiff.Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses.Manage project timelines and collaborate with external suppliers.Develop clear, insightful reports and presentations for clients.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing research, data analytics, or a related field.1–2 years of industry experience, preferably on the supplier side.Experience in project management and client service.Strong ability to manage multiple projects and perform under tight timelines.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new ideas, challenge established norms, and drive results.Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong technical skills, with experience in tools such as Decipher, Foresta, Q, MarketSite, SPSS/R, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI/ChatGPT.Analytical and strategic mindset.Curious and driven to learn.Self-motivated and adaptable.Collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills.Independent with strong problem-solving abilities.Entrepreneurial and resourceful.AIP Connect believes in equal opportunity.
