This role is for a proven Enterprise Account Executive to join the Contact Center Practice and address strong market demand.Important deadline: This role has an application deadline of November 23, 2025. Please apply prior to the deadline to be considered.ResponsibilitiesProspect for net-new logo accounts and grow the existing RingCentral account base within the assigned territory.Meet with customers to up-sell existing engagements and follow up on past engagements.Educate and evangelize the RingCentral value proposition with the sales team and senior-level customer contacts.Proactively position the value of cloud solutions and coordinate with RingCentral sales teams to develop Territory, Account, and Opportunity Strategy Plans.Work with RingCentral resources to develop and position solutions (Office / Call Center with Live Reports, RingCX with RingSense, RingCentral Contact Center, RingCentral Workforce Optimization) to fit customer needs.Advocate for customers within RingCentral and for RingCentral with customers.Utilize RingCentral sales processes for identification, positioning, and lifecycle management of opportunities.Drive new revenue through customer acquisition in designated territory and named accounts; consistently strive to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.Partner with regional VARs to identify, engage, and deliver new customers.Own funnel, pipeline, forecasting, and GTM strategy for respective patches; manage complex sales cycles and negotiate value-based agreements.QualificationsPreferably 5–7 years of solid B2B sales experience with a proven record of selling to large corporate accounts and longer sales cycles.Experience in value-based selling and ROI creation; track record of achieving or exceeding quota.5 years of technology solution-based selling (SaaS, Unified Communications, Cloud applications, VoIP, telephony).Extensive Call Center/Contact Center experience; strong presentation and online demo skills; ability to prospect, engage, and acquire net-new logos.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; entrepreneurial, energetic, and adaptable.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military/work experience.What we offerComprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; HSA/FSAs and commuter benefits.401K match and ESPP; paid time off and paid sick leave; parental and pregnancy leave with new parent gifts.Family-forming benefits (IVF, preservation, adoption, etc.); emergency backup care; EAP with 24/7 counseling.Free legal services, employee referral bonus program, student loan refinancing assistance, and employee perks and discounts.About RingCentralRingCentral, Inc. is a leading provider of business cloud communications and contact center solutions.
