In this role, you'll work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and effective communication across stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational project management experience who is ready to grow into a leadership role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Location : Hybrid (GTA-based) | Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 CAD annually Company : BHC Canada (a subsidiary of BHC Global) Key Responsibilities § Lead small to mid-sized projects and assist with phases of larger, enterprise-level initiatives § Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation § Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and project timelines § Monitor project status, risks, and issues, providing timely updates and mitigation strategies § Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to align with project goals § Maintain organized project documentation with proper version control § Facilitate project meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items § Ensure smooth communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams § Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support the adoption of project management best practices Qualifications § Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field § Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project coordination or junior project management roles § Proficient in MS Project required § Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies § PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is an asset § Strong communication, attention to detail, leadership, and organizational skills § Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment § Confident to facilitate client facing meetings § Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft 365, MS Office, Monday.com, or Jira Work Environment This is a hybrid role open to candidates located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) . The successful candidate must be able to travel to BHC Canada’s Oakville office and client sites across Canada as needed.
