Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a large Oil and Gas Company in Downtown Calgary, AB. We are looking to hire a Communications Specialist to join their team on a 1 year contract. This is a Hybrid position and full time hours

Your new role You will be working full-time from Monday-Friday in Calgary with option to work partially remote (2 days per week) . You will be responsible for the following duties: Executes the communications plan for a large business transformation project

Designs and develops communications materials for the project team and stakeholders

Works in tandem with the project Organizational Change Management resources

Provides innovative approaches to communicating effectively to a large and diverse stakeholder base – from front-line to executive-level employees

Able to manage multiple, competing priorities on a fast-paced and timeline driven project

Anticipates project needs and acts to address those needs without direction

What you'll need to succeed

4+ years experience in a similar role within Oil & Gas

University degree in relevant discipline

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You will be organized with strong use of MS Office
