Overview Northern Health is seeking a Family Physician with full-scope skills/experience to join a well-established Family Medicine/walk‑in clinic and also provide Emergency Room coverage in Dawson Creek. The community has several clinics that work cooperatively. Compensation Fee‑for‑Service Estimated Remuneration $350,000+ (if doing maternity, primary OB and surgical assists, all of which are available) Benefits & Incentives Vacation Leave Negotiable. May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: Retension Premium 23.10% Retension Flat Fee $35,798 Relocation Funding Available $9,000 - $15,000 (TBD) Recruitment Incentive $20,000 Other Benefits/Incentives: REEF (Rural Emergency Enhancement Funding) and MOCAP (Medical On Call Availability Program) available on top of MSP billings.
