OverviewThe Director of Behavioral Health will be the architect and steward of Amplifier Health's clinical strategy for Behavioral Health Integration (BHI). This is a strategic, high-visibility leadership role (not patient-facing) focused on ensuring every aspect of the BHI program is grounded in rigorous science and clinical integrity.Base pay range$80,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yrWhat You'll DoOwn Clinical Strategy: Serve as the company's leading internal expert on behavioral health integration, the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), psychometrics, and measurement-based careGuide Product Development: Provide deep clinical and scientific guidance to our product, AI, and engineering teams to ensure our BHI platform is evidence-based, effective, and safeSupport Commercial Efforts: Act as the key subject matter expert in high-stakes conversations with clinical leaders from prospective and current customers, articulating our clinical methodology and building deep trust and credibilityDrive Thought Leadership: Develop and own our clinical content strategy. Author white papers, lead webinars, and create best-practice guides that establish Amplifier Health as an industry leaderStay at the Forefront of Research: Continuously monitor and synthesize the latest academic research and industry trends in behavioral health, translating new insights into actionable strategies for the companyBuild Our Clinical Network: Establish and lead a Clinical Advisory Board, cultivating relationships with key opinion leaders to ensure our strategy is grounded in diverse, real-world expertiseRequirements (Qualifications)Advanced Clinical Credentials: An advanced degree is required.
