About TraktTrakt is not your typical CRM. Born out of the frustration with bloated, misaligned CRM tools, Trakt is a marketing attribution middleware that integrates directly into websites, scans lead forms, and injects clean, standardized hidden UTM fields. We align sales and marketing teams around a single source of truth—lead attribution—while giving both visibility into lead quality, deal value, and ROI.We're on a mission to end attribution angst.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a highly experienced and design-savvy Product Owner to lead the charge in turning Trakt’s vision into reality. This person will own the product roadmap, conduct user research and testing, and work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive adoption and retention. You’ll define what success looks like, build it, launch it—and learn from it.This role requires deep fluency in component-based design systems (via Figma), strong strategic product thinking, and a proven track record of scaling early-stage SaaS products.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the product roadmap: Prioritize features and improvements that align with company goals and user feedback.Lead discovery efforts: Conduct user interviews, A/B tests, and usability studies to understand customer needs across sales and marketing personas.Go-to-market strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales to plan feature launches, onboarding flows, and customer enablement strategies.Translate vision into product specs: Write clear requirements and user stories for design and development teams.Design leadership: Use Figma to maintain and evolve Trakt’s design system. Champion component-driven design and reusable UI patterns.Data-driven iteration: Analyze product usage, attribution outcomes, and campaign performance to inform future improvements.Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and leadership to ship high-impact features.Requirements10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS or martech platforms.Proven ability to lead full product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and iteration.Deep expertise in Figma, including building and managing component-based design systems.Strong understanding of marketing attribution, CRM workflows, or lead lifecycle management.Experience working in startups or early-stage environments.Strategic mindset with strong execution chops—you know when to zoom out and when to dive deep.Comfortable leading user testing and research.Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills.Nice-to-HaveExperience in B2B SaaS tools targeting marketers and/or sales teams.Familiarity with tools like Segment, Hubspot, GA4, or other analytics/CRM systems.Experience launching browser extensions, form builders, or integrations.Experience branding and positioning SaaS products, including naming, visual identity collaboration, and messaging frameworks.Experience building prototypes using AI tools like v0.dev, Lovable, or similar.Understanding of how to integrate AI into user experiences, workflows, and product design for practical value. Why Join TraktJoin a scrappy, fast-moving team building a tool that marketers and sales teams actually want.Help bridge the gap between two historically misaligned departments.Make a real impact on product direction, growth, and culture.Competitive equity and comp for the right fit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
