In this role, you will : Help coordinate the day to day delivery of the Health Equipment Loan Program and Meals on Wheels program and support cleaning of health equipment. Maintain inventory records on loans, returns and statistics in accordance with program policies and procedures. Coordinate day to day administrative functions such as managing the front desk, financial transactions and ensuring all information flow to public is timely and accurate. Support other Red Cross initiatives, as needed, to provide for a coordinated team effort to meet the needs of the vulnerable in our communities. What we are looking for : The minimum qualifications for this job are completion of post-secondary education or diploma in a health-related field with one to three years of job-related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to prioritize and organize multiple issues simultaneously in a complex client-based environment. Sound decision making abilities, combined with strong organizational and communication skills, are essential. Demonstrated computer proficiency and administrative skills. Previous experience working with volunteers or seniors considered an asset. Ability to do medium to heavy lifting.
