Join to apply for the Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant role at Alithya Your role, your impact As an Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant, you’ll support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. You’ll bring a blend of functional and technical expertise to deliver high-quality consulting services across various Oracle EPM modules. Travel to client site may be required up to 25% of the time. Your day-to-day Deliver techno‑functional consulting services for Oracle EPM applications, including form development, navigation flows, data integration, business rules, reporting, and security configuration. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective EPM solutions. Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Communicate effectively with stakeholders through presentations, documentation, and meetings. Keys to your success Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EPM solutions. Minimum 1 full‑cycle Oracle EPM implementation. Strong understanding of software development principles and EPM architecture. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Flexibility to participate in project activities across time zones when needed. Extra edge Familiarity with purpose‑built modules such as Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, Account Reconciliations and Financial Close. Oracle certifications. Language Skills French: Proficient English: Proficient Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
