Sales Support Coordinator

The Position The Sales Support Coordinator supports Product Managers and, indirectly, the Sales and Customer Experience teams. Responsibilities include managing the marketing inbox, supporting product information requests, coordinating conference requests, and maintaining cross‑functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Utilize vendor websites and external resources to keep up‑to‑date knowledge of product lines. Support business plans for select products in partnership with the Product Manager. Participate in clinical implementation plans for key products. Stay abreast of evolving product trends, customer needs, and sales team leads. Maintain and grow vendor relationships. Develop extensive knowledge of supplier products to source competitive cross‑references. Maintain product information within the ERP system and manage product set‑up processes. Assist in establishing pricing strategy in conjunction with the Product Manager and Finance. Analyze product and market trends to develop insights and build opportunities. Participate in quarterly business reviews as required. Manage the marketing inbox. Participate in RFX reviews and responses as required. Understand the RFP bid process as defined by the Product Manager. Provide marketing campaign support. Support the Trial and Evaluation process for the Sales team. Develop and maintain online product education platform for ongoing learning of the sales and marketing team. Ensure effective and informative communication regarding product changes or issues. Maintain high responsiveness and clear communication to the Sales team. Collaborate with other functional areas to resolve issues and find new business improvement opportunities. Assist with special projects as required. Requirements, Qualifications & Skills Education and Experience College Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent. One to three years’ experience in a similar marketing role. Experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and product usage in the field is an asset. Specialized Skills or Knowledge Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Works well independently. Strong interpersonal skills. Essential Duties Fluent in English, both written and oral. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (25 kg). Ability to travel. Working Conditions Office setting at the London facility. Frequent interruptions.
