Working closely with managers, you will help them anticipate their needs, define tailored solutions, and implement the most effective sourcing strategies.You will thrive in this role if you are:Curious and naturally inclined to connect with people.Someone who values collaboration and knowledge sharing.Excited to work at the intersection of technology, creativity, and AI.Solution-oriented while maintaining a broad understanding of the forces at play.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport managers in understanding their hiring needs and contribute to the development of sourcing plans.Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviews, and communication through to hire.Represent EXFO at relevant events to enhance our visibility and strengthen relationships with talent communities.Contribute to the onboarding of new employees by ensuring a smooth and successful transition.Leverage data and AI tools to enrich research and provide informed recommendations.Participate in workforce planning discussions by sharing insights on market data, location, and talent trends.Share best practices and collaborate with the team to strengthen collective expertise.Test and suggest new tools and methods to improve recruitment processes and promote impactful practices.Take part in cross-functional projects and the ongoing evolution of talent acquisition technology.ProfileProven experience in talent acquisition.Bilingual (French and English).Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.Comfortable using collaborative tools and AI solutions.University degree in a related field.What We OfferA key role in the evolution of a local company with global reach.A stimulating environment where creativity is encouraged.Involvement in transformative projects with real impact on the company and the industry.An agile, diverse, and forward-looking work culture.EXFO is an equal opportunity employer.
