For more insights on global mobility, check out our podcast On the Move. Job Description As a Tax Associate you will help solve complex business problems from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities include: Preparation of Canadian and/or US personal income tax returns and related forms/deliverables. Research and drafting of tax technical memos. Interaction with clients to provide advice in relation to tax matters associated with their international employment. Engage with team members to service clients and bring value to their organization. Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems. Preferred Knowledge and Skills Exposure to Canadian and/or US individual tax knowledge. Strong customer service skills and experience in client‑facing roles. Strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure with a proactive attitude. Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple work assignments. Experience with MS Excel and/or other analytical tools such as Alteryx. Qualifications Minimum degree required: Bachelor’s Degree. Fields of study: Accounting, Taxation, Economics, Business Administration/Management, International Business. Additional Information This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week in the office. Locations: Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver. Compensation range: $60,000 to $85,000 CAD.
