About the Role:
As the Senior HR Analyst, you will be a true employee experience-focused team member. We are looking for someone who has a well-rounded set of HR skills including exposure to HRIS, metrics, and HR programs. You will work directly with the HR Director, Manager, and team, as well as our Partners and other Leaders. You are comfortable with HR data and using spreadsheets. As the Senior HR Analyst, you are comfortable interacting with employees, both junior and senior. You may need to turn requests around quickly when urgent and be able to work under pressure. li>
Produce reports and metrics, leveraging Excel and other data tools.Act as a point of contact and handle the administrative tasks surrounding HR queries and requests.Develop new analytical solutions to provide timely insights to the business and the Human Resources Team.Support administration and tracking of work permits.Other HR Administrative tasks as required.What You'll Bring with You:
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Excellent understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
