Join our dynamic team as an AircraftEngine Production Planner and play a pivotal role in driving the success of Mobile Engine Services (MES) eventsBe at the heart of technical coordination, ensuring excellence in aircraft engine maintenance while shaping the future of aviation.Fly your career with us Apply now and embark on an incredible journey at Lufthansa Technik CanadaTasksYour tasks as an Aircraft Engine Production Planner may include, among others:Plan, coordinate, monitor and review complex MES events in the Repair Station and On-Site events within budget and TAT/OTP constraintsCoordination of individual MES events (Repair Station and On Site/AST)Coordination of engineering approval, material/parts availability, manpower & tooling availabilityCalculating of estimated event costs and Turn Around Time (TAT)Organize and handover work package for MES events to the productionCoordinate travel arrangements, travel requirements and material/tooling shipping for On Site/AST eventsEnsure completion and issuing of the event documentationAvailability to be on call after hours for Airline Support Teams in the field & AOG customer requests (according to a pre-agreed schedule)* All other duties as assigned or requiredRequirementsTo thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:High school diploma/GED requiredBachelor’s degree requiredMaster’s degree desirableAt least 2 years of MRO experience desirableMin. 1 year of aircraft Engine MRO experience desirableFluency in English language requiredGerman and French language desirableExperience in CFM56 Engine desirableKnowledge of TCCA and EASA regulations desirableKnowledge in process analysis and optimization desirableSAP knowledge desirableMS Office as expertExcellent detail orientedExcellent productivity drivenExcellent commitmentExcellent initiativeExcellent reliabilityWillingness to travelShift work / overtimeManage constant time pressureManage high stress levelsMust possess permit to work in Canada* CV/Resume required* Company may provide relocation assistanceAbout Lufthansa Technik Canada, Inc.Lufthansa Technik Canada, based in Calgary, Alberta, is the Engine Center of Excellence for the LEAP-1B in Canada for the Lufthansa Technik Group.
