Description du poste
En tant que Artiste en chef de l'environment, vous serez le fer de lance de la création, de la conception et de l'intégration de niveaux de jeu captivants et visuellement attrayants. En collaboration avec le directeur artistique, les concepteurs et les concepteurs techniques, vous veillerez à la réalisation transparente de la vision artistique, en favorisant des expériences qui trouvent un écho auprès des joueurs principalement situés en Chine.
Collaborer avec le directeur artistique, les concepteurs de jeux et les parties prenantes pour définir et mettre en œuvre le style visuel et la direction artistique des niveaux de jeu, en favorisant l'alignement avec le studio principal en Chine.Construire des plans de niveaux, des environnements et des ressources complexes et visuellement frappants, en trouvant un équilibre délicat entre l'esthétique et la fonctionnalité du jeu.Cultiver et maintenir des pipelines et des flux de travail efficaces pour la création, l'optimisation et l'intégration transparente des niveaux dans les moteurs de jeu.Maintenir une cohérence et une adhésion constantes aux directives artistiques et techniques établies à tous les niveaux, tout en veillant à l'alignement sur les objectifs du studio principal.Dépanner de manière innovante les défis artistiques et techniques qui surviennent au cours du développement, en concevant des solutions imaginatives pour maintenir l'excellence visuelle et des performances optimales.Se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie et des technologies émergentes dans le domaine de la conception de niveaux et de l'art, en intégrant des techniques novatrices lorsque cela s'avère nécessaire.Établir des partenariats de collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires, y compris les concepteurs, les programmeurs et l'assurance qualité, afin d'atteindre les étapes du projet en résonance avec les initiatives du studio principal.Fournir régulièrement des mises à jour sur l'avancement du projet, en assurant une communication, un alignement et une coordination efficaces avec le studio principal en Chine.Qualifications :
- Expertise confirmée dans un rôle d'artiste de niveau supérieur ou principal dans l'industrie du jeu vidéo.
- Maîtrise des logiciels 3D standard (par exemple, Blender, 3ds Max) et des moteurs de jeu (par exemple, Unreal Engine, Unity).
- Maîtrise des principes de conception des niveaux, de la narration environnementale et du déroulement optimal du jeu.
- Utiliser des techniques d'optimisation des actifs pour garantir des performances optimales sur diverses plateformes.
- Présenter un portfolio comprenant un large éventail de conceptions de niveaux et d'environnements qui soulignent vos prouesses et votre vision innovante.

Job Description
As the Lead Level Artist, you will spearhead the creation, design, and integration of captivating and visually engaging game levels. Working in tandem with the art director, designers, and technical designers, you will ensure the seamless realization of the artistic vision, fostering experiences that resonate with players primarily located in China. - Collaborate with the art director, game designers, and stakeholders to define and implement the visual style and artistic direction of game levels, fostering alignment with the head studio in China.
- Construct intricate and visually striking level layouts, environments, and assets, striking the delicate balance between aesthetics and gameplay functionality.
- Cultivate and sustain efficient pipelines and workflows for level art creation, optimization, and seamless integration into game engines.
- Maintain steadfast consistency and adherence to established artistic and technical guidelines across all levels, while ensuring alignment with the head studio's objectives.
- Innovatively troubleshoot artistic and technical challenges that arise during development, devising imaginative solutions to uphold visual excellence and optimal performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in level design and art, infusing novel techniques where fitting.
- Forge collaborative partnerships with cross-disciplinary teams, including designers, programmers, and QA, to achieve project milestones in resonance with the head studio's initiatives./>
Qualifications
- Showcased expertise in a senior or lead level artist role within the video game industry.
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max) and game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
- Firm grasp of level design principles, environmental storytelling, and optimal gameplay flow.
- Utilize asset optimization techniques to ensure peak performance on diverse platforms.
- Present a portfolio featuring a diverse array of level design and environment art that underscore your prowess and innovative vision.
