Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Montreal, QC, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, nurture long‑term relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities. Manage sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client needs. Coordinate with supply chain operations. Analyze customer data. Maintain accurate account records to drive customer retention and growth. Qualifications Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation Strong Analytical Skills and Proficiency in Data Analysis Organizational and Time Management skills with attention to detail Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of the food industry or related sectors is an asset Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industry Food and Beverage Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
