Logos Holdings Ltd. is seeking a F/T Retail Sales Manager Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent Wage: $40.87-$42.00 /hour (depending on experience) Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week Number of Positions: 1 4% vacation pay Job Duties Plan, direct and evaluate the daily operations of the store Manage retail sales staff and assign duties Analyze market trends and research to determine consumer demand, sales potential, and competitor impact Determine the products and services to offer and establish pricing and credit policies Source merchandise and negotiate with vendors as needed Plan and manage budgets and monitor revenues Address staffing requirements, including the hiring and staff training Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues Job Requirements Experience: 2-3 years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required Education: Completion of secondary school is required How to Apply Company information: Logos Holdings Ltd.
