Manager, Business Intelligence Reporting

OverviewManager, Business Intelligence Reporting role at FNF Canada. The incumbent will be responsible for the strategy, design and delivery of information required to make key business decisions, monitor and measure performance, and fulfill client reporting and analysis needs.ResponsibilitiesLeads the design, development and implementation of reporting and data analytics solutionsRecommend and establish business intelligence tools/systems, methodology and processes to support overall business reporting and analytics strategyBuild reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data driven insights to users for a variety of audiencesDevelop scalable business intelligence processes for delivery of reportsInvestigate and resolve data and reporting issuesDesign, develop, and implement innovative analytical solutions for regular and ad-hoc reportingGain a detailed understanding of information and intelligence requirements of various stakeholdersBuild an intake, prioritization and management process for enterprise reporting departmentExecute reporting and analytics requests, gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders and collaborating with IT Application Development to fulfill requestsDeliver business needs within committed timelinesEstablish standards for reporting criteria to ensure consistency, accuracy and alignment across all reportsReview quality and accuracy, and implement controls to ensure deliverables meet high quality standardsDevelop operational processes to add, remove, and update metrics, reports, and scorecardsEstablish internal service level agreements for the delivery of reports and analysisHandle requests for routine reports to internal and external clients – ensure accuracy, timeliness and consistencyRespond to ad-hoc requirements for analysis and informationResponsible for data model development, testing and data management of complex reporting involving multiple sources and channelsProactively analyze information and highlight key points, trends and issuesWork directly with business partners and other data professionals to create reporting using reporting toolsExercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rulesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business reporting objectivesLead a BI/Reporting team, including onboarding new members, coaching, mentoring, and performance managementAccountable for resource planning, prioritization, and workload distributionEnsure alignment of BI strategy with business objectivesCommunicate BI insights to senior leadership and influence decision-makingQualificationsCompletion of a university degree in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related discipline preferred5 years in a role with similar responsibilities in Analytics and Business Intelligence reportingWorking knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects and Microsoft BI Suite of toolsExperience developing dashboards using Microsoft Power BIAbility to proactively solve & manage complex data, programming and reporting problems delivering business intelligence and data analyticsClient focusedHighly professional self-starter that can work independentlyStrong analytical skills and technical acumenIn-depth verbal & written communication skillsExpert knowledge with SQL, Python, Power BI and other relevant toolsExperience in data gathering and analyticsAttention to detail and high level of qualityKnowledge of mortgage and title insurance industry would be a definite assetWhy Work At FNF CanadaComprehensive salary and benefits packageWorking in a fun, entrepreneurial and dynamic workplace cultureFlexible work arrangementsOpportunities for professional learning, development, and growthFNF Canada offers a competitive compensation and benefits package along with career growth opportunities with a Fortune 500 Company.How to ApplyInterested candidates should forward their resume via e-mail to hr@fnf.ca.
