We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team and help us aggressively grow our North American footprint for both our on-premises and 100% cloud-based ERP solutions.Position OverviewAs a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure across Azure and hybrid/multi-cloud environments. You will manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications, and monitoring solutions while collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams.You will define DevOps best practices, mentor junior engineers, and ensure reliable, high-performing systems. Your work will include incident response, troubleshooting complex systems, implementing automation, and maintaining security and compliance standards. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, directly impacting on the reliability and scalability of our applications and infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Azure and hybrid/multi-cloud environmentsImplement and manage automated build, test, and deployment of pipelines using Bitbucket CI/CD and PipelinesBuild,, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, including cluster management, scaling, and monitoringImplement monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and SLAs using Azure Monitor and related toolsApply networking knowledge (VPCs, subnets, firewalls, VPNs) and security best practices (IAM, management, SSL/TLS, encryption, compliance such as ISO and SOC2)Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and reliable operationsMentor junior engineers and define DevOps best practicesTroubleshoot complex systems and provide proactive problem-solving solutionsParticipate in Agile development processes, code reviews, and postmortemsWork with microservices architectures, Dapr, Java, Spring Boot, React, and Python-based solutionsRequired Skills & EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.5+ years of programming experienceExpert-level proficiency in at least one programming language; exposure to multiple languages.
