Sales and Customer Service Specialist – On SiteIO Solutions Contact Center is looking for candidates who enjoy challenges and love helping customers over the phone. Under the supervision of the Team Leader, the Sales and Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing on-the-phone quality customer service and meeting productivity targets.
