This role is critical in ensuring timely customer deliveries, efficient use of resources, and alignment with financial and operational goals.Perks$110-120K20% bonusbenefitpensionvacationpicturesque Collingwood, ONKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate manufacturing operations using capacity planning and Sales & Operation Planning tools to meet customer demandLead inventory control activities including accuracy, cycle counts, and physical inventoriesManage material planning, production scheduling, and packaging supply to support 100% on-time deliveryControl SCOP functional costs (packaging, freight, storage, etc.) within budgetMaintain accurate part and cost data in SAP and proprietary systems (e.g., PASS, COGNOS, NIAPS, FPACS)Communicate directly with customers regarding supply issues, delivery commitments, and order statusEnsure compliance with ISO 14000 and TS16949 standards, supporting continuous improvementParticipate in long-term planning and RFQ processes to support business growthMonitor nonconforming product, initiate corrective actions, and support quality system integritySupport team performance through strong communication, coaching, and human resource planningWhat You BringUniversity degree in a related field7–10 years of relevant experience in automotive manufacturingexperience in a unionized environment is an assetStrong organizational, planning, and leadership skillsAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with systems such as SAP, PASS, COGNOS, and othersExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesWhy Join Us?You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
