We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise CanadaJoin to apply for the Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise Canada role at Atlassian.ResponsibilitiesPartner with direct sales, partners and larger account teams on Fortune 500 customers, tracking the overall customer profile, business problems and complexities, roadmaps, and solution success to optimize the customers within your account team territory.Participate in customer discovery to understand the customer\'s current state, the business problems they want to solve, and map back to Atlassian products, platforms and solutions.Identify additional opportunities for cross-product/solution expansion.Investigate and assess client pain points.Be a product expert of Atlassian software in the pre-sales process, articulating the value of the software and how it can change the customer\'s way of working.Understand the full Atlassian product and solution offerings and present how they work together to unlock team productivity.Lead compelling value-based demonstrations, both standard and customized, addressing multiple stakeholder needs—from individual product demos to the full portfolio vision.Guide the customer\'s technical needs in the sales process to gain buy-in that Atlassian is the right decision.Forge strong partnerships with aligned account executives, discussing pipeline, opportunities, and needs, and improving the selling cycle together.Document product feedback and competitive intelligence from customers and advocate for development internally by sharing with product management.Continuously learn and refine pre-sales, product, solution and platform knowledge and sales processes as Atlassian products evolve.Qualifications5+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity, with strong communication, presentation skills for multi-level audiences, and agility to get the job done.Creative problem solver who can interpret complex business problems, translate them into solutions, and collaborate with prospects, partners, and the Atlassian sales team to deliver compelling value-based solutions.Comfortable in both business and technical contexts, engaging with executives or technical audiences.Continuous learner who welcomes feedback, thrives on winning, and is passionate about customer and Atlassian success.Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of building executive relationships and rallying internal teams to meet customer needs.More About Our TeamYou\'ll work with a globally distributed SE team, engaging Global 2000 companies daily, and collaborate with sales to provide an enterprise experience.
