You will be responsible for coaching junior team members, contributing to internal training, and strengthening client relationships.This role offers variety, leadership responsibilities, and the chance to shape the growth of yourself, your team, and your career. You will work closely with Partners and Principals, and will be supported by our dedicated Leadership Development Program.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of engagements; oversee the preparation and review of working papers, financial statements, and tax returns; ensure quality service delivery for a diverse client baseCoach junior team members and contribute to internal trainingStrengthen client relationships and collaborate with Partners and LeadersSupport leadership development and knowledge sharing within the teamQualifications5+ years post-CPA hands-on experience in a public accounting firm with experience in managing compilation, review, audit and/or tax engagementsExperience with Caseware, TaxPrep, Microsoft Office, and openness to emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and client serviceProven ability to plan and review client engagements through overseeing the completion of working papers, audit strategies, financial statements, corporate and personal tax returnsFocus on building and managing meaningful internal and external client relationshipsCuriosity to learn and apply technical knowledge to identify issues and offer solutions for clients and colleaguesAbility to foster a collaborative team environment and mentor through coaching, knowledge sharing, and structured trainingExcellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple deadlinesProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and high levels of serviceAbout the DetailsLocation: Choose what works for you.
