We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to help drive our next stage of growth and expand JAC’s presence in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Toronto, and British Columbia. If you’re passionate about creating connections, uncovering opportunities, and helping shape the future of an innovative agency that blends marketing, creativity, AI, and technology, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Identify and pursue new business opportunities Build JAC’s presence in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Toronto, and British Columbia Research and respond to RFPs and funding opportunities Write, proof, and prepare RFP submissions Streamline business processes using Google Workspace tools Collaborate on AI-assisted workflows Provide monthly reports on progress and performance Attend networking events, conferences, and client meetings You’ll Succeed If You Have 3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (agency experience is a plus) Are confident in writing proposals and communicating ideas Know your way around CRM and procurement tools (like Merx) Are curious about how AI and automation can drive business growth Love building relationships and finding creative ways to grow a brand Why JAC?
