Regional Sales Associate – Canada Life Investment Planning Counsel (IPC) is one of Canada’s leading independent wealth management firms. Canada Life acquired IPC in November 2023. Job Summary Our Inside Sales team supports our industry-leading Wealth businesses. As a Regional Sales Associate (Wealth), you will support the sales team by providing activity management and case support to ensure the right follow‑up and coordination throughout the sales process. You will also support the implementation of multiple territory business plans and allow the sales team to focus on generating new sales and growing the advisor base. What You Will Do Work closely with the outside wholesaler (Regional Sales Manager) and inside wholesaler (Regional Sales Representative) Manage activity for the territory Clear the path & support wholesale opportunities by sorting, prioritizing and responding to incoming advisor inquiries and following up with key contacts to maintain advisor confidence in the sales process Report on Salesforce opportunities, segmentation & activity management and in COGNOS reporting on sales results Prepare for special events and campaigns Implement operational and sales support tactics Facilitate weekly team meetings with a prepared agenda to elicit collaboration and efficiency within the territory Ensure data integrity by inputting and maintaining advisor related information in the CRM database, Salesforce, as changes are required Provide general administrative support Participate and attend sales conferences and meetings What You Will Bring Growth‑oriented, self‑starters, problem solvers, active listeners, and passionate about wealth management/investing, the markets, finding solutions, and working with people Completed post‑secondary education, Commerce (or related) degree Having completed, or strongly motivated to complete, the CSC/IFIC certification Experience in sales or hospitality industries, or any client‑facing role that requires strong communication skills Focused on building strong, collaborative relationships Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines Goal‑oriented and passionate about learning how various sales processes can provide a clear path for the sales team to drive sales results Base Salary: $49,900 – $74,800 annually (base only, excludes variable compensation).
