Workspace Solution Architect Pythian is hiring a Workspace Solution Architect focused on Google Workspace. This role is based in Canada and is fully remote. Why Pythian? We are experts in strategic database and analytics services, driving digital transformation and operational excellence. Founded in 1997, we helped clients move from on‑premises to cloud environments and deliver advanced analytics solutions. What you will do Pre‑Sales & Solutioning: Lead complex pre‑sales engagements, design solution architectures that integrate Google Workspace with existing enterprise systems, and partner with Sales to craft pitches and proposals. Delivery & Consulting: Oversee post‑sales engagements, including platform migrations and enterprise‑wide deployments, ensuring flawless execution and sustained user adoption. Offering Development & Partner Engagement: Act as subject‑matter expert, develop new service offerings, and cultivate relationships with Google Cloud and ISV partners. Thought Leadership & Customer Enablement: Define digital workplace roadmaps, produce white papers and presentations, and communicate solutions to stakeholders. Qualifications 10+ years of IT consulting or technical architecture experience, 5+ years specifically focused on Google Workspace solutions. Deep expertise in the Google Workspace suite, including advanced deployment strategies, data migration, security configurations, and integration with third‑party products. Strong executive consulting skills and the ability to influence CIO, CTO, CISO, and other senior stakeholders. Proven pre‑sales technical experience, complex scoping, and product demonstrations. Partner ecosystem knowledge and experience working with ISV solutions. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Certifications (non‑negotiable): Google Cloud Professional Collaboration Engineer (formerly Google Workspace Administrator). Desired: Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
