This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers in a collaborative while developing your skills in legal administration and client relations. Key Responsibilities Providing comprehensive administrative and legal support to the firm. Opening and organizing client files using legal software for all new matters. Maintaining accurate record keeping, labeling, and file storage systems. Closing and archiving old files. Managing daily accounting tasks. Handling client communication and correspondence. Assisting with client intake procedures. Scheduling appointments and managing the firm’s calendar. Conducting legal research as required. Performing basic drafting of legal documents. Taking detailed notes during meetings and proceedings. Providing general office and administrative support as needed. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Prior experience in a legal environment is an asset but not mandatory.
