About the Role GenAI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. As an AI Trainer in Civil Engineering, you will collaborate on AI projects to generate, evaluate, and refine prompts and model responses. Generate prompts that challenge AI. Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI's answers. Correct the model's responses based on your domain‑specific knowledge. Requirements Hold a Bachelor's, Master’s or PhD Degree in Civil Engineering and/or a relevant field. Have at least 1 year of professional experience in one of the following fields: Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Civil Engineering Materials Science, Coastal and Ocean Engineering, Earthquake Engineering, Surveying and Geomatics, Hydraulic Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Public Health Engineering, Sustainable Engineering. Have advanced English proficiency (C1) or above. Be ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and able to work with challenging, complex guidelines. Have a laptop, stable internet connection, and the availability and enthusiasm to take on a challenge. The role is fully remote.
