Inspector – Quality Control – De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited – Level 3 – Evening/Night Shift Job Description A demonstrated ability/proficiency and knowledge of the following: Perform in-process and final inspection of structural assemblies. Audit Company systems as they relate to quality assurance. Able to assist in training, directing and supervising junior Employees. Perform calibration of measuring and processing equipment. Perform inspection duties to ensure all products, processes and services comply with applicable airworthiness, Employer or customer quality requirements. Provide assistance in quality review of Engineering Masters. Knowledge of process specifications and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, perform measurement/testing of products, tools and processes and record results. Perform in-process and final inspection of detail parts and minor assemblies. Prepare all paper records and certificates. Able to work safely and efficiently with a minimum supervision. Maintain a clean work area, and alerting their supervisor of any safety concerns. Any other work assigned.
